I am a Psychologist specialized in Psychotherapy (under supervision), dedicated to supporting individuals through emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

I draw on Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodrama and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, tailoring my approach to your unique needs. My focus is on helping you build self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful shifts in your personal and relational life.
